My name is Dmitrii Darkhaev. I'm 37, have lived in Dubai since 2022 and in Sobha Hartland since 2023, with my family.
I've been in real estate since 2013. In Dubai I run my own holiday-home management company — Rentover Holiday Homes. Today I manage 20+ properties across the city's most sought-after districts. I don't just sell square meters — I know how property works from the inside: how it rents, which floor plans actually fill up, where the soundproofing is genuinely quiet, and where "premium" lives only on the brochure.

Sobha Hartland is a premium residential district in the heart of Dubai. 10–15 minutes to Downtown and the airport, a park right outside, two top international schools — North London Collegiate and Hartland International. Restaurants, cafés, playgrounds — everything within walking distance.
